Arrived on time. A few minor scratches on the lid. A fast quality laptop. Keyboard is great to use Dell always provide great laptops which last for years with good care. I have bought refurbished Dell laptops before and will do so again in future. This was a £1400.00 laptop 3 years picked up forjust over £200.00 so I am not complaining.

I bought this as a refurb because my previous laptop became practically obsolete. I'm not into technology at all and had to have advice to choose this one, as I wanted Windows 7, a system I was used to. I've been very pleased with it so far. Had to have a friend set it up and the main things for me are pretty basic.....the speed, clarity of screen and the large keys, all making it easy to use. I didn't want to spend a fortune on something I only use for pleasure like emails, storing a few things and shopping of course!!

I would like to add that it arrived quickly and very safely packaged. In great condidion for second hand. Very pleased indeed

I chose this laptop because is quite powerful, small size very efficient and I get that for a reasonable price. I'm very happy with that purchase.

This is a great business grade laptop from the legendary HP. I have had the pleasure of encountering many Elitebooks in my time and this is a great time to buy them as a lot of IT recycling companies have them in good condition, going cheap.
